We do roof replacement.
We really don’t do much in the way of roof repairs. If your roof has a problem with some shingles that are missing or damaged, but otherwise the roof is in pretty good shape, there are certainly companies that can take care of that for you. Our primary service is to install a complete new roof when it becomes necessary. On the other hand, if your roof does not yet need to be replaced, we will tell you that.

If your roof has a leak (or perhaps several leaks) and it is getting up to 15 years old or so, it is quite likely that replacement would be the best option. Replacing the roof is certainly inevitable; it’s just a matter of when. We have come across some homeowners who desperately try to get those last few months or years out of an old and worn-out roof, with the idea that they are saving money. Ironically, this actually often ends up costing them more money. The dollars that were spent on repairing the roof during those “extra” years could all have been applied toward the cost of the new roof.

In addition, constant leaks that need to continually be patched can cause damage to the base of your roof, your attic, your insulation, and even the walls and ceiling in your home. In many cases, a new roof can prevent all of that from happening. Not to mention the aggravation of dealing with leaks every time it rains, and having to see your home each day with its worn-out roof. A new roof changes everything.

We do high-quality work, and we recommend the best roofing materials.
This is why we are not always the lowest estimate you get for your roofing replacement project. We may not be the highest either; it really depends on your individual situation. Our crews are not subcontractors; they are long-term employees who are extremely well-trained and have the experience to do a professional job. We also are fully insured, so you don’t have to worry about liabilities for accidents, injuries or property damage while your new roof is being installed.

We are also certified by GAF and CertainTeed for our installations. This benefits you directly, because you get a longer manufacturer’s warranty when a certified installer does the work.

We believe strongly that a quality roof installation is the best way to invest your roofing dollars. Better materials simply last longer. This could mean that you get an extra few (legitimate) years out of your roof before you need to replace it again. Paying a little more in the beginning could mean a big savings on the other end.

Our work also is done very efficiently – we can usually get a complete new roof installed in one day.

We do primarily asphalt shingle roofs.
Yes, there are other materials available for your new roof, and they all have advantages and disadvantages. Asphalt shingle roofing is certainly the most cost-effective way to have a new roof put on your house. The job can be done quickly, asphalt is quite durable, and this type of material is also very fire-resistant. Traditional asphalt shingles have certainly stood the test of time, having been the primary choice for the majority of homes for the past 100+ years. And they really make your house look great.
